Terms and conditions

Last updated 12 August 2026

These terms apply to everything bought from PrinterStream through printerstream.com. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who you are buying from

PrinterStream is run by Yevhenii Ostashko, a business registered in Poland under NIP 5273184071, at ul. Brzeska 24, 03-737 Warsaw, Poland. That is the seller on every order, and the email address at the bottom of this page reaches us.

2. What we sell

Printed clothing and accessories: ready-to-order pieces, curated sets, and items personalised or designed for one customer. We sell to consumers and to companies, in Poland and in the EU countries listed on the shipping page.

3. Prices

Prices include VAT and are shown in złoty in Poland and in euro elsewhere. The price you see in the cart is the price charged — delivery is added there, visibly, before you pay, and nothing appears at the final step.

If a price is obviously wrong through our mistake, we will tell you before producing anything and you can confirm the real price or walk away. We will not quietly charge the higher amount.

4. When the contract is made

For a normal order, the contract is made when your payment is authorised and we confirm the order by email. From that moment we owe you the item and you owe us nothing further.

For a personalised or custom order it works differently, deliberately: you are not charged at checkout. Your order is a request. We reply with a preview, you approve it, and the contract is made when you then pay. Until that payment, either side can walk away without owing the other anything.

5. Paying

Card — Visa or Mastercard — and Apple Pay. The payment is taken by Stripe on their own page; card details never reach our servers. We start production once the money has cleared, not when the order is placed.

6. Production and availability

Almost nothing is printed in advance. We hold blank garments and print after payment, which is why each product page states how long that item takes to make. If something turns out to be genuinely unavailable after you have paid, we tell you at once and refund in full rather than substituting a different item.

7. Delivery

We ship with InPost, to the countries and by the methods set out on the shipping page. Delivery times there are estimates, honestly meant: they can slip around holidays and on heavy custom work, and if a date matters to you, ask before you order and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.

Shipping and delivery

8. Your right to change your mind

As a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send the item back. One email with your order number is enough. The details, including who pays the return postage, are on the returns page.

The right does not apply to goods made to your own specification — your name, your text, your artwork, a design produced from your brief. That is the law rather than our preference, and the reason is plain: nobody else can buy a shirt with your name on it. It takes nothing away from your rights over faulty goods.

Returns and refunds

9. If something is wrong with what we sent

We are liable for goods that do not match the contract for two years from delivery, and that includes print quality: a design that cracks or fades on a garment washed as its label says is a fault, not wear. Send photos and we will reprint, replace or refund, and pay the postage.

We answer complaints within 14 days. If we do not answer within that time, the complaint counts as accepted.

10. Custom design work

Sending us a brief costs nothing and commits nobody. A custom request is not a purchase: there is no contract until you have seen the preview, agreed the price in writing, and paid. Where the work is complex, the price can differ from the figure first shown on the product page — we will say so before you pay, never after.

You need the right to use whatever you send us. If you upload a logo, a photograph or a character that belongs to somebody else, we may decline the job, and by sending it you confirm you are entitled to have it printed.

11. Your account

An account is optional; you can order without one. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has it. We may close an account that is used for fraud or for abusing the upload form, and we will say why.

12. Your personal data

What we collect, who processes it, how long we keep it and what you can demand of us is in the privacy policy. In short: what an order needs, nothing sold to anybody, and export and deletion are buttons in your account.

Privacy policy

13. Disagreements

Write to us first. Most things that look like disputes are misunderstandings about a delivery date, and we would rather fix one than argue about it.

If that fails, you keep every route the law gives you: a consumer can go to the municipal or district consumer ombudsman, or to the Trade Inspection Authority, for free out-of-court help, and the courts remain open. Polish law governs these terms, and nothing in them removes a protection you have under the law of the country you live in.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, and the date at the top will change with them. A change never applies to an order already placed — the terms that count for your order are the ones in force when you made it.

Still unsure about something?

Write to us. A person reads it, usually the same day.
