These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from PrinterStream through printerstream.com.
About PrinterStream
PrinterStream sells custom and ready-to-order apparel, including made-to-order graphic pieces, curated drops, and custom design services for customers in Poland and selected European markets.
Orders and payment
Orders are placed online and confirmed once payment is successfully authorized. Card payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Prices shown on the website are displayed in the currency selected for the customer experience.
Availability and made-to-order fulfillment
Some products may be fulfilled from available stock, while others may be produced after purchase. If an item is not immediately available, PrinterStream may still accept the order and process it through internal production before shipment.
Shipping
Shipping methods and delivery zones depend on the destination country and the services currently supported by PrinterStream. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotions, or custom production periods.
Returns and refunds
If a return is approved and the returned goods arrive back in acceptable condition, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Partial refunds may be processed when only part of an order is returned.
Custom design requests
Custom design consultations are handled individually. Submitting a custom request does not automatically create a purchase contract until the final product and price are agreed.
