Frequently asked questions
Everything we get asked, answered plainly. If your question is not here, write to us — the address is at the bottom.
Ordering and production
How long will my order take?
Two things add up: making the item, then delivering it. Nothing is printed in advance, so production starts once your payment clears — every product page states how long that particular item takes, and for most it is under a week. Delivery is then 1–2 working days in Poland and 3–7 elsewhere in the EU.
Is everything printed after I order?
Yes. We hold blank garments and print the design once the order is paid for, which is why a shirt takes days rather than hours. It also means you never receive the last faded piece off a shelf, and nothing we make ends up as unsold stock.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Write to us as soon as you can. Before printing starts we can change or cancel anything. Once the press has run, the item exists only for you and cannot go back into stock — at that point the honest answer is no.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. A sales document goes out with every order. If you need a company invoice, email us the order number and your NIP and we will issue it against that order.
Personalisation and custom designs
Can I put my own name or text on it?
On products that allow it, yes — a name, a nickname, a date, an in-joke. The field is on the product page along with the fonts you can pick from, and you see your line rendered in the chosen font before you order.
Can I upload my own image or logo?
Yes, up to 10 MB, as PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG. A vector file or a large PNG prints best; a screenshot saved out of a chat usually does not, and we will tell you that before printing rather than after.
What does personalisation cost?
It depends on the product, and it is shown next to the option before anything reaches your cart. On some products there is no surcharge at all. For work we have to draw rather than place, the price is agreed with you in writing first.
How does an order with personalisation work?
You are not charged at checkout. The order becomes a request: we read it, send you a preview of how it will look, and only once you approve it do we ask for payment and start production. All five steps are laid out on the product page before you commit to anything.
Can you design something from scratch?
Yes, and the first conversation is free. Send a brief — a reference, a screenshot, a description — and our designer comes back with a concept. Nothing is charged until you have seen it and said yes.
Sizes, materials and washing
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page carries a size table with chest, waist and hip measurements and how to take them. Measure a garment you already own and like rather than yourself — it is the more reliable comparison. Caught between two sizes, the larger one is the safer choice for a printed piece.
How do you print?
Textiles are printed with DTF, which sits in the fabric rather than on top of it, so the print stays flexible. Mugs are sublimated: the image is under the glaze and cannot be scratched off.
Will the print crack or fade in the wash?
Not under normal washing. A print that cracks or fades on a garment washed the way its label says is a fault rather than wear, and your statutory rights cover it for two years from delivery.
How should I wash printed clothing?
Inside out, up to 30 °C, no bleach, and do not run an iron directly over the print. A tumble dryer shortens the life of any print, ours included. None of this is unusual — it is simply how printed clothing lasts.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, and microwave safe. The image is under the glaze, so a dishwasher cycle cannot lift it.
Delivery
Where do you ship, and with whom?
Everything goes with InPost: to a Paczkomat locker, by courier to your address, or InPost international. Beyond Poland we deliver to Belgium, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal and Italy.
What does delivery cost, and when is it free?
It depends on the country and the method you pick, and the exact amount is in the cart before you pay — nothing is added at the last step. Above a certain order value delivery is free, and the cart tells you how much is left to reach it.
Can I track the parcel?
Yes. When we hand it over you get an email with the tracking number, and for a Paczkomat the collection code arrives by SMS. If a parcel goes astray, tell us — we deal with the carrier ourselves.
Will I pay customs or import charges?
No. Every country we ship to is in the EU, so there is nothing to pay on delivery: no duty, no import VAT, no handling fee.
Paying
How can I pay?
By card — Visa or Mastercard — and with Apple Pay. The payment itself is taken by Stripe on their own page.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Złoty in Poland, euro elsewhere. You can switch it yourself in the header, and the price you see in the cart is the price that leaves your account.
Is it safe to pay here?
Your card details never reach our servers. Stripe takes the payment and tells us only the result and the last few digits — enough to match a refund to a charge, and nothing more.
Returns and problems
Can I return an order?
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and you do not have to give a reason. The item needs to be unworn and unwashed with its tags on — trying a shirt on to check the fit is exactly what those 14 days are for.
Can personalised items be returned?
No, and not out of awkwardness: European consumer law excludes goods made to a customer's own specification, for the plain reason that nobody else will buy a shirt with your name on it. Faults are an entirely separate matter.
What if it arrives damaged, misprinted or simply wrong?
Send us photos as soon as you notice. We do not need the item back before we start putting it right, and the postage is ours either way — we reprint, replace or refund, whichever you would rather have.
Gifts, sets and companies
Can you wrap it as a gift?
Yes. Gift packaging is an option at checkout, along with a gift receipt — it shows what is in the parcel without showing what it cost.
What are the sets?
A whole look put together rather than a single piece — matching shirts for two people, or a head-to-toe combination. Bought as a set they cost less than the same items bought separately, and the saving is shown before you order.
Do you take company orders?
Yes — clothing for a team, merch for an event, a run for a client. Tell us roughly what you need and we come back with an offer; there is a separate page for business orders.
Still unsure about something?
Write to us. A person reads it, usually the same day.
